Sometimes in life things take a detour. In early 2019 as Editor In Chief of Clip Artist Films, I hit the road for what was supposed to be a 40 city tour to interview 100 business owners scammed by Northern Leasing Systems or one of their countless other trade names. The purpose of the tour was to establish a body of evidence that could be converted into a feature documentary film, creating awareness nationwide for one of the largest and longest running scams in American banking history.
Unfortunately the project was derailed by a Judge James Marner of Tucson, Arizona. At the time I was on probation for the #GCSOC frame job by the State of Arizona for exposing a massive cover up by corrupt government officials in 2017. Marner had granted a motion my Attorney filed so I could travel contiguously for 10 months to accomplish the tour and capture the footage we needed for the documentary. My Attorney and I later found out that the signed order by Marner wasn’t valid as it violated interstate compact rules, forcing me back to Arizona after only 30 days on the road. So months of careful planning went down the drain and arranging sponsorships for the tour deteriorated as I was forced pull the plug on the tour.
Part of the model for this documentary project was to establish a new bankcard company called Generous Payments. A program was created to take 50% of net profit from these bankcard transactions and donate the revenues to philanthropic causes. First one was called #ISOFRP (ISO FRAUD REBATE PROGRAM). Why not pay back the victims of the fraud from the same industry that scammed them in the first place?
Once back in Arizona, I launched #THEUNEVEN PODCAST, establishing Generous Payments as the main sponsor. For several months Clip Artist Films produced news stories, Swiper interviews and other media with the hopes of at least getting the Generous Payments model going until probation was over and I was free to travel again.
In late 2019 I started getting stalked again by corrupt actors in the government who were attempting to have my probation violated to keep me quite about other government corruption I was exposing. This has been happening off and in since 2016. With less than a year to go before qualifying to be released from probation, my lawyer and I made a plan to protect me. Among other reasons, such as spending time with a family member, we also thought it was imperative that I leave Arizona until the probation was discharged. We were able to accomplish getting me to another State and transfer to an unsupervised status.
I’m happy to report that I’m no longer officially in custody by the State of Arizona and can reconvene this project. I appreciate everyone’s patience, especially the victims of Jay Cohen. There’s 100,000’s of you, strewn all over the United States. Most of you are mom & pop business owners who struggle to begin with. COVID-19 certainly hasn’t made it any better for you.
We’ve won a battle with NLS being banned in New York. But the war still rages as there’s still a calculated effort by the organized #ISOFRAUD ring to continue the fraud, establishing new trade names in other States. The job isn’t done. Until the Federal Government steps in to permanently reform the bankcard industry, countless business owners will continue to be scammed while the corrupt trade lobby Electronic Transactions Association runs interference for their members, many of whom perpetrate the fraud.
Soon I will announce a new launch date for the Generous Payments program and update everyone when we are taking new interviews for the documentary. In the time being check out the first 5 stories on this page. And remember if you own a business and need a credit card terminal, NO LEGITIMATE company will ask you to lease a machine to get “a lower rate”. One has nothing to do with the other.
Be vigilant. Be wise. And if it sounds too good to be true...it probably is.
