Besides criminal exposure, the organization is liable civilly for defrauding the State of Arizona. Crafting policy and advising, while at the same time creating fake reviews to coverup children and employees from alarms about neglect and abuse.

In politics, either conform to group think and obey the power brokers or get the boot. It’s a structural issue more than anything. Plus Jesus commands me to forgive because it’s healing for me and the other person. So it’s all good. However, justice is always necessary.

Establish mens rea with the indeed account, which goes back to 2012. That’s what I’ll review Sunday and is incontrovertible. Others accounts have fakes as well, and also show Simon’s motive for committing the procurement fraud by paralleling dates and all platforms together. Same patterns repeat over and over again. How was he supposed to keep getting awarded all that state money with a bad public image? Something had to be done. Corners had to be cut. Lies had to be told. Fraud had to be committed. Then doubling down on USING the children as money mules. When they speak up publicly, bravely sharing their pain, Simon diminishes their voice by load balancing the reviews with fraud. Can you think of a more dastardly thing for someone to do? I can think of a few, but not many. Only alternative would have been for Mr. Kottoor to decrease his raiding of the cash flow for personal gain into additional staff and resources for the children. That was the trade off. More payroll = less real estate, inflated salaries and most recently less $ for political influence. We’ve all seen the fruits of Simon’s enterprise. You gonna wait for his organization to kill another child? This is kind of an urgent situation when you look at the big picture, isn’t it? Shouldn’t he be shut down ASAP before someone else gets killed? Shouldn’t your investigators be doing this instead of me? Jakob and Zariah’s memories deserve better.
