@Raul_Labrador investigator engages Clip Artist Films

CAF is in receipt of email from AG investigator asking for all evidence accompanying complaint submitted on behalf of 17 victims, Beyond Pro’s Ponzi scheme. They will handle civil investigation. Then be forwarded to a Deputy Attorney General for review.
Labrador’s office is handling the referral professionally. Appreciate him allowing levers in structure for We The People to flow freely and personnel do their job, rather than sending signal downhill to coverup. You passed the test, Raul.
At same time, this Causational Journalism effort will be engaged next week with Coeur d'Alene Police Department and Kootenai County Sheriff's Office for implementation on the criminal charge necessary to protect public health.
A moment to time out for sure…look at the stark contrast between @Raul_Labrador vs @AZAGMayes and @bradlmiller 👈 TYRANT POWER SUCKERS, PARTY MATTERS NOT
Citizen @krismayes buried the valid referral on @sherifflamb1 crimes against @staciburk I personally hand delivered to investigators last year. CAF hasn’t received an email, phone call or rejection. Simply downhill messaging from the boss bitch says - DO NOT TOUCH

#TheUneven Podcast: Stroking Fiber A Clip Artist Films Causational Journalism Series

What happens when a 7 year public abuse pattern distills into a 6 minute phone call and instant investigative rabbit hole?
Episode 1.0 centers on an intense recorded conversation between Clip Artist Films Editor-in-Chief Gordon Rose’s new business partner and Beyond Pro President Lucas Borough…and Percy Aswell.
The discussion raises serious questions about beyondpro.net ethics, and how fake payroll reports, lying, missed dates, and Idaho labor law violating practices devolved into a casual extortion attempt, in opinion of Clip Artist Films.
Over the coming months, #TheUneven will explore the often unseen side of the fiber sales industry through interviews, undercover conversations, internal communications, public records, and whistleblower accounts.
The goal is to understand how business decisions ripple through sales channels, contractors, installers, and ultimately the families who depend on getting paid. And come out the other side with reform framework, and implementation by all the majors @FrontierCorp @tdstelecom @FidiumFiber @quantumfiber @GoKineticFiber @GoNetspeed @TMobile @GreenlightFiber @gobrightspeed @optimum and many more.
This is expected to be an extensive investigation spanning approximately four to six months, with new episodes released as evidence, documents, and interviews become available.
Also in this episode, CAF News:
●Has Arizona gubernatorial candidate @andybiggs4az followed up with @PhoenixPolice on an incident that led to a police investigation involving his bodyguard assaulting Gordon Rose?
●Despite prior public commitments to avoid such conduct. @JerrySheridan24 politically weaponizing PSB for @AZGOP and should be voted out over his betrayal of @MCSOAZ
●@toxikVlad Arizona’s asshole for free speech

CAF classifies tres animals in this fiesta:
CATEGORY ONE: “THE SHAVER”
The Shaver is the most polished of the ecosystem.
He pays…technically. On time..technically. Confidently…always.
But his true craft lies in the redefinition of reality after the fact.
In the style of: ixlmarketingsolutions.net
promising x per deal
later confirming it was actually y
insisting the agent “must have misheard”
deploying calm, pastoral tone gaslighting at scale
occasional references to Christianity for emotional seasoning
The Shaver not as a non-payer, but as a reframing specialist.
Describing it bluntly: He doesn’t steal from you. He just explains why you agreed to it.
CATEGORY TWO: “DRUNK SHORT NARCISSIST” (sidekick: #CANCELMAN 🫡)
This archetype is less subtle.
Often volatile, occasionally contradictory, and aggressively confident in texts sent after hours that should legally require supervision.
Peak player: knoxdoors.com/signup
dealer clawbacks that “mysteriously” consume current commissions
overtly false explanations delivered in written form anyway
shifting blame to upper dealer structures that do not confirm existence of said blame
partner communications that allegedly increase cancellation rates through creative customer messaging
denial patterns that collapse under the weight of screenshots
Agents have nicknamed this operator “Cancelman” due to his unique ability to turn “sold” accounts into cancellation events with remarkable consistency.
Describing it bluntly: He doesn’t just move money. He emotionally relocates it and then denies owning the map.
CATEGORY THREE: “HIGH VOLUME PONZI GAME” (COMPANY CORE MODEL)
This is the category where the investigation becomes less anecdotal and more structural.
A system characterized by: beyondpro.net/about
high volume commission generation
payroll reports indicating ACH initiation
funds not arriving in expected cycles
followed by layered explanations referencing banking, batching, or internal reconciliation
and in some cases, escalating tension when public scrutiny begins
In the most serious allegations gathered during this investigation, agents describe a pattern where payroll documentation appears to confirm payment initiation, while actual transfer completion is not independently verifiable at expected intervals.
When challenged, responses…shift from explanation to pressure, with some agents reporting implied consequences for continued public discussion.
At scale, this structure is a high velocity commission loop with accountability diffusion built in.
Describing it bluntly: It’s not that the money is missing. It’s that everyone keeps pointing at someone else holding it.

Hidden economics of the U.S. fiber door-to-door sales industry. Shady commission systems, ever changing dealer structures, and artifice payroll notices often collide with confusion, delay, and misrepresentation. Some get paid slow, late, wrong or never after giving up the chase.
All major Internet brands from top down owe it to the families of hard working door-to-door agents to address their suffering. Stealing already spent lodging + gas, while gaslighting agents into surrender.
Across multiple states and interviews, this series will examine how independent sales agents navigate complex compensation chains tied to major internet brands and subcontracted dealers, and what happens when promised payments, ACH timelines, and commission reporting don’t align with reality.

This isn’t a story about one company. But a broader look at an underreported workforce layer of modern telecom expansion: 1099 sales agents operating inside high churn environments where accountability is fragmented across the major internet fiber brands.

When Clip Artist Films contacted a @tdstelecom media representative regarding concerns about beyondpro.net unethical and potentially illegal payroll practices, the response wasn’t accountability. It appeared to be damage control.
Instead of stepping in to help address concerns, the Bryce Baker was alerted that I had called. A corporate coverup. Not good…
Exhaustive research, phone calls and interviews with key agents and ISPs over last two weeks have brought to light an obvious fact.Bryce Baker is getting funded commissions earned by hard working sales reps, then squatting on the money. What follows is a game of run around and lies.
Why?
That raises even a bigger questions:
How many hardworking door-to-door sales reps…and their families…have been unable to pay rent, mortgages, or other bills because they were told by Bryce Baker https://www.linkedin.com/in/bryce-baker-099071a8/ ”Your payment has been sent,” then never
arrived?
Why does the CFO https://www.linkedin.com/in/lane-ritchie-phd/ have imaginary follow ups that never happen?
And other questions for the major internet brands: What oversight exists to ensure your independent sales channels treat reps fairly?
Do you tolerate this kind of conduct if it’s happening multiple levels down the sales chain, or do you investigate and address it when credible evidence is presented?
Accountability matters. Tune in tonight and watch the underbelly acted out with lies…live. Beyond Pro tried extorting Clip Artist Films to stay quiet over threat of taking rest of commissions earned. Bryce’s closer is having his “emotion architect” Lucas https://www.linkedin.com/in/lucas-borough-20278b198/ threaten a “90 day hold back” because they will now “cancel” the sales contract.
All for demanding money earned and exercising free speech about it. Besides the potential criminal activity, an overt violation of Idaho labor law, where sales commissions are legally considered wages.
Other brands on notice to address Beyond Pro’s abuse of sales reps: @FrontierCorp @ATT @nxlink @tmobilenews @GoNetspeed getlightcurve.com et al

#TheUneven l The American Female Business Predator

Just because capitalism has turned abuse into virtue by way of spreadsheets, doesn’t mean the evil performed is less potent or effective hurting hard working families hailing from the land of lower economic strata.
These ferocious humans are rampant in politics, law firms and media. High level business is no different. In fact if you pay attention, women are placed as firewalls in key positions on purpose. Same reason women do way better in sales than men. Less threatening. Sales resistance is lowered by default. Built in. It’s a phycological tactic to beef up the spreadsheet. What’s even more interesting is many of these females stand “strong” in feminism and the “boss bitch” culture…but in reality they’re only fodder for powerful men, to be used like public prostitutes. Drive and personal ego blinding them to the fact they’re nothing more than useful money whores.
CAF ran into one of these female predators covering the bankcard lobby https://x.com/electranassoc?s=21 in D.C. where they legally bribe politicians for fat cats. Their CEO Jodie Kelley for example, personally played a key role in the 2008 crash. She served as Fannie Mae’s Vice President and Deputy General Counsel during the period leading up to the 2008 financial crisis, where her responsibilities included managing litigation and the company’s responses to government inquiries.
So she was a hot commodity to be recruited for the elitist banker executive class. Solid coverup player. Proven to hurt the public on mass scale for six figures and a “career”. Capitalism gone wild calls this success. A proletarian conservative socialist newsman calls it a massive problem.
Or in this new @tdstelecom story. Annmarie Kreitzer, who worked for https://x.com/kohls?s=21 15+ years. Then left for https://x.com/tdstelecom?s=21 where according to their website she’s second in hierarchy next to CEO, Ken Dixon. A major ethical contradiction problem to be addressed immediately.
Since coming over as Senior Vice President of Human Resources & Chief Human Resources Officer, report after report on @Glassdoor and @indeed 👉 instance after instance of labor abuse. Patterns. Seemingly business model is to mitigate later by settling suits or complaints that pop up.
Is https://x.com/redcrosswis?s=21 going to support labor abuse or demand Kreitzer relinquish her post on Board of Directors until TDS publicly proves internal reforms? After all, she has 8-12 business hours a day to fix it. It’s a wanting to problem, not a doing one.
https://tdstelecom.com/about/company-information/executive-biographies/annmarie-kreitzer.html
One of the least discussed subjects in business isn’t that predators exist. It’s that we often imagine them looking only one way.
Some wear expensive suits. Others wear empathy like a uniform. Some even wield psychology degrees as credibility while mastering manipulation behind closed doors.
Predators don’t come with a gender requirement. They come with patterns: coercion, gaslighting, exploitation, and calculated charm.
Journalism shouldn’t care whether the mask is a tie or a dress. It should care what happens behind the veneer.
Time to have the uncomfortable public conversation.

As TDS Telecom continues their tip off the scammer Bryce Baker coverup, new questions arise surrounding @GoKineticFiber being named as a brand utilized by Beyond Pro to not pay employees.
Multiple key insiders spilled the tea last night after several Facebook groups syndicated the #StrokingFiber Causational Journalism story. Yet another major ISP brand being used to leverage out and steal labor, dipping out on paying their internal employees this time.
The industrywide appetite for what is now a full court press political reform opportunity taking shape. Clip Artist Films will sponsor an effort to engage a lobbying firm and start crafting legislation language, requiring downline sales channels to obtain commission surety bonds. First state to be determined.
“…for the longest time I felt like I was screaming into the void trying to get someone to listen. Finding your project was the first time I've thought, “Maybe someone actually cares enough to ask questions.”…I have a story, and I have the receipts to back it up.”

Yesterday’s coverage apparently inspired a new crisis-management strategy: the Block Button.
Today’s episode features another open invitation to comment, because journalism works best when everyone has the opportunity to speak—even the people who’d rather mute the conversation.
Blocking may tidy up a social media feed. It has a much harder time cleaning up unanswered questions.
