CLIP ARTIST FILMS UNIVERSAL WHISTLEBLOWER, INTERVIEW, EVIDENCE & MEDIA RELEASE

By signing or electronically accepting this Release, I voluntarily authorize Clip Artist Films, ClipArtistFilms.com, its owners, journalists, producers, affiliates, representatives, successors, assigns, licensees, and distribution partners (“CAF”) to receive, review, preserve, investigate, verify, analyze, reproduce, edit, publish, broadcast, distribute, exhibit, license, and otherwise lawfully use information and materials provided by me.

MATERIALS COVERED. This Release applies to all interviews, statements, tips, allegations, documents, records, photographs, videos, audio recordings, screenshots, text messages, emails, electronic communications, files, data, correspondence, exhibits, and other information or evidence that I voluntarily provide or authorize CAF to obtain (“Materials”).

WORLDWIDE MEDIA RIGHTS. I grant CAF the perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, transferable, sublicensable, and royalty-free right to record, photograph, interview, quote, identify, edit, excerpt, reproduce, publish, broadcast, publicly display, distribute, promote, archive, license, and otherwise use my name, likeness, image, voice, statements, interviews, and Materials, in whole or in part, through any lawful medium, platform, format, or technology now known or later developed.

These rights include use in investigative journalism, news reports, documentaries, films, podcasts, websites, social media, streaming platforms, television, radio, print publications, promotional materials, advertising related to CAF content, public presentations, legal or regulatory referrals, archives, and other lawful editorial, journalistic, educational, or commercial purposes.

EDITORIAL CONTROL. I understand and agree that CAF retains sole and exclusive editorial discretion concerning whether, when, where, and how my interview, statements, identity, likeness, or Materials may be investigated, edited, characterized, published, distributed, or otherwise used. CAF is under no obligation to publish, broadcast, investigate, preserve, return, or use any information or Materials submitted.

NO RIGHT OF PRIOR REVIEW OR APPROVAL. I waive any right to inspect, review, approve, restrict, or control the final content, editing, context, headline, title, commentary, production, publication, distribution, or other use of my interview, statements, likeness, or Materials.

SOURCE CONFIDENTIALITY AND ANONYMITY. I understand that submitting information to CAF does not automatically create a confidential relationship, attorney-client relationship, fiduciary relationship, or guarantee of anonymity. Any agreement by CAF to protect my identity or treat information as confidential must be separately and expressly confirmed by CAF.

REPRESENTATIONS OF THE SOURCE. I represent that I am at least eighteen (18) years old, have legal authority to enter into this Release, and am voluntarily providing the Materials. To the best of my knowledge, I have not knowingly fabricated, falsified, materially altered, or misrepresented the Materials or information I provide.

I understand that CAF may independently investigate, authenticate, corroborate, challenge, analyze, or verify any information or Materials I submit.

LAWFUL SUBMISSIONS. Nothing in this Release directs, encourages, requests, or authorizes me to commit a crime, unlawfully access accounts, systems, devices, or property, steal documents, violate court orders, unlawfully intercept communications, or otherwise obtain information through unlawful means.

I understand that CAF does not provide legal advice concerning my possession, disclosure, or submission of Materials.

DOCUMENT AND EVIDENCE PRESERVATION. I authorize CAF to copy, digitize, reproduce, store, preserve, organize, analyze, transmit, and maintain the Materials for journalistic, evidentiary, archival, legal, regulatory, or investigative purposes.

I understand that CAF may provide information or Materials to attorneys, experts, consultants, law enforcement agencies, courts, regulators, governmental agencies, or other appropriate persons or organizations when CAF determines such disclosure is lawful and appropriate.

NO COMPENSATION. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in a separate written agreement signed by an authorized representative of CAF, I understand that I will receive no payment, royalties, residuals, ownership interest, or other compensation arising from CAF’s receipt, investigation, publication, distribution, licensing, or use of my interview, statements, likeness, or Materials.

RELEASE OF CLAIMS. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I release and discharge CAF and its owners, journalists, employees, contractors, producers, representatives, successors, assigns, licensees, and distribution partners from claims arising from the authorized recording, editing, reproduction, publication, distribution, exhibition, or other use of my name, likeness, voice, statements, interviews, or Materials, including claims involving privacy, publicity rights, misappropriation, or similar causes of action, except claims or rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

NO GUARANTEE OF OUTCOME. I understand that CAF makes no promise or guarantee concerning publication, investigation results, criminal prosecution, civil litigation, governmental action, employment consequences, financial recovery, public reaction, or any other outcome resulting from my submission or participation.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND SEVERABILITY. This Release constitutes the entire agreement concerning the permissions and rights granted herein unless supplemented by a separate written agreement signed by CAF. If any provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain effective, and the affected provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

CONTINUING EFFECT. The permissions and rights granted under this Release are perpetual and shall remain binding upon me and my heirs, estate, representatives, successors, and assigns.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ACCEPTANCE

I acknowledge that I have read and understand this Release, have had the opportunity to seek independent legal advice before signing it, and voluntarily agree to its terms.
